Supplier Code of Conduct
Every 11Bucks supplier must treat workers with dignity, safety, and fairness. That means no forced labor, no child labor, no discrimination, wages that meet or beat local law, and workweeks that respect both legal limits and basic human balance. Workers have the right to speak up, form groups, and resolve issues without fear of punishment. Health-and-safety rules must be followed on every farm, factory floor, and loading dock. Clean water, proper gear, and emergency exits are non-negotiable.
Planet Conscious
We expect partners to shrink waste, cut carbon, and protect soil, water, and wildlife. Obey all environmental laws, use chemicals responsibly, recycle or reuse whenever possible, and track energy so the numbers keep moving down. Hazardous materials must be stored, labeled, and disposed of safely. Suppliers should share progress data with us each year so we can celebrate wins and tackle gaps together.
Honest Product & Business
Ingredients, packaging, paperwork, and invoices must tell the truth—no counterfeits, no hidden additives, no back-door deals. Follow all relevant laws on food safety, traceability, customs, and trade sanctions. Bribes, kickbacks, or “gifts” meant to sway business decisions are out. If a rule is unclear, ask before acting. Failure to honor this code can lead to corrective action or immediate contract termination.
